What is Storyfeast.org and why?
In this day and age lots of people question meaning — is there any, if so, what is it, and does it apply to our world and my life?  Call me old-fashioned, but I believe we live in a world made of meaning and that there is a Story that helps explain it.  Some even call it The Old, Old Story, but it is in fact new every day.  It is the Story God has told about who he is and who we are, what it means to be created and how everything came to be so messed up.  It is a story of a Lover who has pursued a wayward Bride to rescue and redeem us.  It is a story of Restoring Broken Things.  This story defrosts the coldest cynical heart with its warming Word of hope.

Storyfeast.org has been and will be in its new manifestation a place to feast on this Ancient/Present/Future Story.  Here you will find some thoughts and words on Scripture and the Gospel, and you will hear some really good stories of lived daily life.  You can find events and resources from Redeemed Hearts Ministries.  And you will even find some ideas on how you might begin writing your own story and feasting on stories in your own community.

Welcome and please check back as this site evolves in the coming weeks and months.

Hello friends of storyfeast.org and welcome to newcomers!  Some of you may have come this way via storyfeast.org, my former website that has gone the way of well-intentioned websites, unmaintained due to busy-ness and the challenge of web design software.  I am trying this space in the hopes that it will allow me to write and tell the Story that is the best news I know — the story of a pursuing God who has sought out creation in our tragic stories to redeem and rescue us, to set us free to live for his glory in his story!
